How long will it take for my order to ship?

Your order will typically ship within 1-3 business days after purchase date! 

How much does shipping cost?

CANADA:
We offer $5 flat shipping and FREE shipping on orders over $50!
U.S.A:
We offer $8 CAD flat shipping and FREE shipping on orders over $50!

Do you guys ship internationally? If so how much will it cost?

We do ship internationally! 
Shipping charges will be estimated and displayed at checkout.
 
Please note:
*That customs and import taxes are buyer responsibility.
**We will not cover shipping fees on packages that are returned to sender
due to an incorrect address.
 
What is your online return policy? 

We are happy to offer full returns (minus shipping charges). If you are unsatisfied with your order, please send us an email at support@tonirose.co to request a Return Authorization number.  Once your return is accepted, you will have 14 days to ship your order in its original state with no signs of wear. Please note that return shipping is the buyers responsibility and that we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

What if my order is damaged or has issues?

We're sorry about that! We really try our best to make sure to package our items safely and carefully, however sometimes things out of our control happen on it's way to meet you!
Please be sure to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

We offer a 30 day warranty (as of date received) on all of our claw clips! Should it break within that window please contact us at support@tonirose.co with a picture to notify us, and we will be sure to send you a new one! 

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes! Some of our products such as our hair oils, shampoos and conditioners, handmade scrunchies, or curlers cannot be returned.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

When will I be refunded? 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus shipping). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too! 

My order was returned to sender

If your parcel has been marked as returned to the sender, it could be due to the following reasons:
1. The recipient refused the package during a delivery attempt.
2. There might be an issue with the shipping address.
3. The intended recipient does not reside at the specified shipping address.

Should a package be returned to us, please allow 3-4 weeks processing time. Feel free to email us if you notice any shipping issues or delays and we will gladly help.

Please note that we are unable to reship orders that are returned to us. In such cases, you will be credited to the original form of payment, minus the initial and return shipping fees.
